Job Location
Individual will have to work at various PHC, UPHC, Sub Centers of Surguja District.
Appointment Nature
Recruited individuals will be appointed on contractual basis under various NHM Schemes like NUHM, NTEP, RBSK etc. Usually appointment will be for a period of 11 months with renewal as per administrative decisions.

Age Limit
Prescribed age limit is from 18 years to 64 years for open category. This will be reckoned on 01-01-2025.
Educational Qualification
Senior Nursing Officer- B.Sc Nursing/GNM
Community Health Officer- B.Sc nursing with Integrated Course in Community Health or B.Sc Nursing with Separate Certificate Course in Community Health
Staff Nurse & Nursing Officer- B.Sc Nursing/GNM
TB HV/ANM- Certificate Course in Auxiliary Nurse & Midwife from INC Recognized institute.
All Individuals should have registered in CG State Nursing Council with Valid License.
Salary
Senior Nursing Officer - Rs.31,500 per month,
Staff Nurse/Nursing Officer/CHO- Rs.16500 per month
ANM- Rs.12000 per month
TB HV- Rs.14000 per month.
Selection Method
Here is a unique selection process based on mark distribution to Educational qualification performance 65%, Skill Test- 20%, Experience- 15%. Refer official notification more clear information.
