Tamilnadu Medical Services Recruitment Board has a new job announcement for ANM qualified individuals. TN MRB has decided to appoint 2147 Village Health Nurses across Tamilnadu. TN MRB VHN ANM Notification Details
TN MRB Notification No.10/MRB/2023 dated:11.10.2023 was published earlier to recruit VHN. Due to legal conflict it was kept on hold. After clearing all legal conflicts, Corrigendum Notification II dated 24-11-2025 was published stating opening of online application for VHN positions.
It is important to note, aspirants who have applied earlier at 2023 are not need to apply. They can access the same application forms now. Fresh applicants can submit online applications in specified time.

Job Location
Successful individuals will be appointed in Primary Health Centers, Sub Centers under Directorate of Public Health & Preventive Medicine.
Appointment Nature
Recruited individuals will have regular appointment on time scale of pay.

TN MRB VHN Eligibility
Age Limit
Applicant should be 18 years minimum to apply. There is no maximum age limit up to 60 years.
Educational Qualification
Multi Purpose Health Workers (Female) training Course / Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery Training Course awarded by the Director of Public Health and Preventive Medicine.
Registration in State Nursing Council is must.
Salary
Successful individuals will be paid as per Level-08 of Pay Matrix. i.e. Rs.19500 - Rs.62000. In addition other applicable allowances will be granted.
Selection Method
Selection will be through weightage given to marks obtained in ANM course & SSLC
ANM Course- 60 %
SSLC- 40%
