Job Location
Recruited CHOs will be appointed at Suswasthya Kendra in Pub Medinipur health District.
Appointment Nature
This will be a contractual appointment for a tenure of one years. Extension will be based on administrative decision.

DHFWS Puba Medinipur CHO Eligibility
Applicant should be a West Bengal Domicile and Knowledge of Bengali must.
Age Limit
Applicant should be below 40 years as on 01-04-2025.
Educational Qualification
1. B.Sc Nursing (completed before 2021) or GNM
(or)
2. B.Sc Nursing with Integrated BPCCHN Course in Curriculum itself.
Registration in West Bengal State Nursing Council is must.
Desirable Qualification
Knowledge of Computer application like MS Officer and Internet are desirable.
CPCH Training and Surety Bond
B.Sc Nursing qualified before 2021 year and GNM Qualified individuals will have to under go CPCH Training as specified by NHM West Bengal for a period.
During Training monthly remuneration will be Rs.10000.
On Successful completion of training, individuals will be appointed as CHO on surety bond of Rs.200000.
Salary
On appointment as CHO, Monthly remuneration will be Rs.20000 and Rs.5000 as performance linked incentive.
Selection Method
There will be written test (85%) + Interview (15%) for selection.
