Nature of Appointment: initial appointment will be for 06 months. Extension will be granted further based on satisfactory performance.

Field Data Collector Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: Upper age limit is 40 years.
Educational Qualification: Preferred qualification is ANM/GNM from INC recognized institute.
Desirable Qualification: Applicant should be conversant in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu & English.
Salary
Monthly remuneration will be Rs.20000. No other allowances will be granted.

Individuals meeting eligibility criteria must understand Nature of work and Appointment terms. On satisfaction with all terms, aspirants can attend walk in interview on given date along with required documents supporting eligibility criteria.
