Appointment Nature
Recruited individuals will be appointed on contractual basis for a period of 11 months as per State National Health Mission regulations.

CHO Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
As on 01-07-2025, Applicant should be between 21 to 42 years. However age relaxations apply as per Uttarakhand Government Norms.
Educational Qualification
Individuals should have completed minimum B.Sc Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc Nursing with integrated CPHC Curriculum. (or)
B.Sc Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc Nursing or GNM with a certificate course in Community Health from IGNOU/State Public Health.
Registration in Uttarakhand State Nursing Council is must.
Salary
Details regarding salary is not revealed in official notification. However Salary will range between Rs.20000- Rs.30000 per month.

Selection will be based on merit of marks obtained in Written Test.

Total Questions: 100
Total Marks: 100
Duration of Exam: 2 hours
Date of Admit Card: Can be downloaded on 24-01-2026 from 4pm onward
Date of Examination: 01-02-2026 (From 11am to 1pm)
Individuals should take their respective seats 45 minutes before commencement of examination.

On confirming all eligibility criteria is met and satisfied with terms of appointment, Aspirants can proceed to apply online. Valid E-mail id and Mobile Number is must to receive OTP. Hence ensure it before submitting application forms.
