Age Limit
Maximum Age Limit for both post is 63 year as per As per S.0 364 of 2020 of J&K Government.
Educational Qualification
For both Public Health Nurse, Junior Staff Nurse position GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualified can apply. Nursing qualification should have been obtained from Indian Nursing Council Recognized institute. Registration in Jammu & Kashmir Paramedical Council is must.
Salary
Recruited individuals will be paid as per Level-4 (Rs.25,500- Rs.81,100)
Selection Method
Written Test will be conducted for selection of competent nurses. Selection will be purely based on marks.
GMC PHN & Jr Staff Nurse Application Forms 2026
Applicants meeting eligibility criteria shall submit application online before 24-01-2026. Details regarding Proof of identity, age limit, educational qualification should be entered online. After that hardcopies of online application forms & Supportive documents should be submitted to "The Principal, GMC, Udhampur on or before 28-01-2026, 4pm.

3. DGNM or BSc Nursing Degree Certificate
