NORCET 10 Eligibility
AIIMS New Delhi has set certain minimum criteria must be met by nurses for applying NORCET 10 Recruitment Process. This includes age limit, educational qualification, experience. Documents supporting them should be uploaded as required in official website during submission of online application forms.
Age Limit
Individuals should be between 18 to 30 years as on 16-03-2026. However age relaxations apply as per DoPT norms. i.e. OBC- 03 years, SC/ST- 05 years, PWD- 10 years in addition to communal relaxations.
Educational Qualification & Experience Required
1) B.Sc Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc Nursing from INC recognized institute
(or)
2) Three years Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery from INC Recognized institute or Board. GNM Nurses should possess 02 years clinical experience after Nursing Council registration from minimum 50 bedded hospital.
3) Valid Registration from State Nursing Council & Live License is mandatory during recruitment process.
Salary
Recruited Nursing Officers will receive monthly salary as per level- 07 of 7th central pay commission. i.e. Rs.44,900- Rs.01,42,400. In addition dearness allowance, nursing allowance, washing allowance & Pension scheme benefits, Insurance benefits will be granted.
Selection Method
Selection will be through a Computer Based Test. There will be Two stages of Test.
1. Preliminary Exam- Scheduled on 11-04-2026, Result will be on 16-04-2026
2. Mains Exam Schedules on 30-04-2026, Result will be on 11-05-2026
Preliminary Exam Scheme
Total Questions: 100 (GK-20, Nursing Subjects-80)
Total Marks: 100
Total Duration: 90 minutes
Question paper will be divided in 5 sections each of 18 minutes duration, where each section will contain 20 question.
There will be a negative marking of 1/3 marks for each wrong answer
Mains Exam Scheme
Total Questions: 160 (focused towards case scenario-based questions for testing nursing skills competency)
Total Marks: 160
Total Duration: 180 minutes
Question paper will be divided in 4 sections of 45 minutes each containing 40 questions.
There will be a negative marking of 1/3 marks for each wrong answer.

4. Click on Online link & Read instructions
5. Enter valid details as mentioned in supportive documents
6. Upload required documents & Pay required application fee
7. Complete & submit application forms before last date.
8. Take printout of submitted documents & proof of paying application fee and keep it safe for further process.
Application Fee: 1) General/OBC- Rs.3000, SC/ST- Rs.2400, PWD- Nil fee.
