Job Location: Field Support staff will have to visit Jodhpur, Jaipur, Ajmer, Bikaner, Barmer, Nagaur, Dausa, Udaipur, Pali, and Sawai Madhopur for data collection work.
Appointment Nature: Recruited individuals will be appointed on contractual basis for 06 months.
Mode of Selection: Through a Walk in Interview

Fillup it carefully without mistakes. Affix a passport size photo taken recently. Attach self attested photocopies of Aadhar Card, 10th & +2 Mark Sheet, B.Sc Nursing Degree Certificates, Mark Sheets, Experience Certificates and other testimonials.
