2. Auxiliary Nurse Midwife- 05 (ST- 03, OBC-01, UR-01)
Job Location
Recruited individuals will have appointment at sub centers & primary health centers under DMFT under control of CMHO Kanker.
Appointment Nature
This will be a contractual appointment on tenure basis.
CMHO Kanker Staff Nurse & ANM Eligibility
Aspirants showing interest in these posts must meeting following criteria. Documents supporting eligibility criteria must be submitted.
Age Limit
Aspirants between 18 to 60 years can apply.
Educational Qualification
Staff Nurse- DGNM or B.Sc Nursing from INC recognized institute
ANM- 12th Pass & Completion of certificate course in ANM from recognized institute.
Registration in CG State Nursing Council and live license is must.
Experience Required
Individuals having experience will be given preference.Salary
1. Staff Nurse- Rs. 16500 per month
2. ANM- Rs. 13000 per month
Selection Method
Selection will be through a Walk in selection process. It may have written test & interview. Final list will be prepared based on
1. Educational Qualification- 70 Marks
2. Interview/Written Test/Skill Test- 20 Marks
3. Experience- 10 Marks (02 per year)

Aspirants meeting eligible qualifications should fillup application forms in given format. Affix a passport size photo in it and mention valid details. Attach one self attested photocopies of Aadhar Card, 10th/+2 Mark Sheet, GNM/B.Sc Nursing/ANM certificate & mark sheet, CG Nursing Council registration certificate, experience certificate, Proof of residence, Caste certificate, any other testimonials if any. Also originals of these same document should be submitted for verification. Attend selection process on given date & time below along with documents.
